0.2.4 cs patch

-Fixed many bugs that came  along with the new crossplatform input system and the new mechanic, throw cancelling, which you can perform by diving amidst a throw to not have to wait until the end of the needle animation to change your dive direction, for example.

-Readded the restart and menu buttons, as R/Select and Esc/Start respectively
